Investigating Musk
While it will be a massive task especially in today's toxic political
environment, I think that one of the first orders of business for the
Biden administration, DOJ, and the next Democratic Senate in the new
year should be an in-depth investigation of Musk's actions and firms.
Not only #Twitter, but all of them, especially ones that do critical
and national security work for the government like SpaceX, and that
impact our allies dramatically in a multitude of ways.
His security clearance -- which he lost once already -- should undergo
immediate and comprehensive review, and how his behavior now and/or
going forward may risk national security is of utmost importance.
If he wants to spray his fascist snark in front of Congressional
committees and DOJ, he will be free to do so, and the world will watch
with great interest. -L
