Musk permanently suspends Twitter account that tracks his private jet,
after claiming he would not
"FREE SPEECH MUSK" has now permanently suspended the Twitter account that
used public information to track his private jet. He had previously offered
to buy the account for a measly $5000, and only last month claimed that
even though it was a "safety risk" to him (remember, this is flight data
that is public and available to everyone) he wouldn't kill the account.
Now he has. The implications are obvious. Do anything that Elon doesn't
like, and he will shut you down on Twitter. Any governments, firms,
organizations, or advertisers -- and all other Twitter users, must now
realize what they are dealing with, and should abandon the platform as
quickly as practicable. You may be next on Elon's target list.
Hopefully the college student who has been making this data available
will do so via other venues not under the control of a narcissistic
fascist. -L
