More on the public safety risks of Musk's new link ban on Twitter
Not only are individuals, agencies, and other organizations working in
public safety put at risk by bans on their sharing links to other
platforms -- or even their addresses on those other platforms -- but
individuals are put at tremendous risk as well.
In emergencies and other crucial personal situations, people need to
be able to find and communicate with family members and others, and
they need to be able to freely post where they can be found, where
their messages can be found and much more, even if this isn't just on
#Twitter.
Musk is saying "screw you" to everyone who ever has an emergency or
other critical situation in the Internet age. Horrific. -L
