And Musk changes his mind yet again ... INSANITY!

NOW he says this:

  "Policy will be adjusted to suspending accounts only when that account's
  'primary' purpose is promotion of competitors, which essentially
   falls under the no spam rule.

Going forward there will be a vote for major policy changes. My apologies. Won't happen again."

This is ludicrous. Even what this means exactly in terms of post warnings
and profile editing blocks is not clear. Major policies are changing and
reversing within hours. Nobody can rely on *anything* related to
Twitter while Musk is in control.  Utterly insane. -L
