Android 14 set to block certain outdated apps from being installed
If, as reported, there will be a buried flag that still permits
installing any app, I am not concerned about this change. If this change
was made *without* a way to bypass the restriction for users who know
what they are doing, I would be *VERY* concerned and opposed. -L
