By the way, in the Supreme Court case today, the plaintiff arguing
that YouTube had "created new content" that by virtue of being new
would not be protected by Section 230 -- specifically by displaying
thumbnails and URLs for uploaded videos -- I think had pretty much
everyone else shaking their heads. -L
