Google Bard is clearly buttoned down quite tight right now.
Understandable, but still interesting. Whole ranges of questions that
would seem reasonable to ask hit variations of "I can't help with
that" - "Beyond my capabilities" - "I'm only a text-based language
model so can't respond" -- etc. -L
