Customer support surprise

Rather startling when you send a message to a site support email
address about a technical matter that you can't figure out yourself,
and even though it's late in the day you almost immediately get a
USEFUL personal response back from the founder of the company, with
images showing you exactly what to do, and it works perfectly. Even
more surprising that this happened with a U.S.-based company, which
illustrates how far we've fallen. -L
