Big Tech breaking things (again)
My sense is that Big Tech has increasingly gone back into "move fast
and break things" mode as in their early days, this time not so much
for profit per se, but out of existential panic along a number of
fronts.
Ironically, in today's consumer, regulatory, and political
environment, their actions are likely to exacerbate their problems and
legislative pushback from politicians of both parties, many of whom
have their own agendas.
You don't need a Magic 8 Ball to figure this out. -L
