Who do I blame for AI problems?
Personally, I don't blame the engineers working on Generative AI
systems for the array of serious problems now arising from their
deployment. I blame the managers and especially the executives above
them for pushing this technology into deployment in a competitive
panic, while simultaneously now begging for regulation (like the
murderer calling for his capture before he can kill again).
Quintessential hypocrisy.
