A fake AI?
How long will it be before a generative AI system gets loads of
publicity and praise before it's revealed that it's a fake and humans
are writing every answer?
Sort of like the original 18th-century "Mechanical Turk" that was
actually a human inside a box pretending to be a chess playing
automaton. By the way, Edgar Allan Poe (yes, that one!) wrote a
wonderful expose of this in 1836 called: "Maelzel's Chess Player"! -L
