Is this the 21st century in courts? Apparently not.
Last time I checked we are almost a quarter of the way into the 21st
century. Why are will still depending in federal courts on sketches
instead of photos/videos and transcripts instead of recordings? Even
if not made available in real time, there should be audio, still, and
video recordings that can be inspected later. This isn't the 19th
century anymore. -L
