The "golden age" of social media is over

The "golden age" (such as it was) of social media has passed. We're
now on the rapidly declining side of the curve. Add in the push for
massive government regulations, content battles, ID/age verification
using government IDs, etc., and it's all basically disintegrating. The
exact timeline isn't clear, but it's likely to be much more on the
shorter side than the longer side. -L
