If the Generative AI firms keep pushing the way they have been, they
could end up in a world where they can use Internet and other content
ONLY on an opt-in basis -- that is, when specific and explicit
permission is given at sites for such use. The firms are pushing way
too hard and the regulatory/political blowback could be enormous. -L
