I love AI, but ...
I love AI. I think AI is the among the most important developments in
the history of civilization. I also like most of the engineers working
on AI -- of whom I know quite a few. It's the executives pushing out
to the public half-baked, brain-dead, large language models trained on
enormous of amounts of website data without the permission of those
sites, who are the problem. Don't worry about sci-fi
"evil computers" -- worry about the real world C-suites! -L
