Web vs. phone
In an unscientific test, a few minutes ago, I determined that I could
access and make a simple data query of a site I do business with by
using their telephone query system and just punching phone buttons
rather than using my voice, in about 15% of the time it would take me
to reach their site on the Web, login, get past their pop-ups and
confirmations, and get their backend to respond to my query. -L
