Google Account Lockouts
Given the continuing Google account lockout stories I'm hearing, I
guess it's time to mention this blog post (below) from last May again.
Also, I'll note in passing that I do not consider Google's current
passkey implementation to be safe for many users, and have chosen not
to use it at this time. The passkey concept itself is a good one, but
the devil is in the details, and Google continues to try minimize the
risks in their existing deployment.
