Google and Kool-Aid
I will add that while Google has many problems, it is not the worst
player by any stretch of the imagination, and has been (and continues
to be) an excellent protector of user data and PII. It does not (and
never has) sold user data to third parties, for example, unlike the
data brokers and various financial institutions, who are the real
evil.
Don't let hyperbole entice you to drink the Google haters' Kool-Aid. -L
