Final vote to vacate Kevin McCarthy as House Speaker is in progress
Final vote to vacate Kevin McCarthy from his position as House Speaker
is in progress. It is expected to pass, which would be the first time
in the history of the United States that this has happened to a House
Speaker, and would leave Congress without the ability to conduct any
other business until a new Speaker is voted in. Stand by. -L
