Adding that this is referred to as the "NetChoice" cases. Amicus
briefs already submitted demonstrate the clear constitutional
violations in the Texas and Florida laws.

A reminder that on Feb 26, the Supreme Court will be hearing the case
involving the blatantly unconstitutional Florida and Texas laws --
currently on hold -- that the states enacted to (for all practical
purposes) end content moderation on the Internet, which would
effectively cause firms to shut down most user generated content
entirely. More on this as we get closer to that date. -L
