More on AT&T outage
Self-reported service disruptions began around 4am EST. Note that this
is the sort of time that one would expect software updates or configuration
changes to be applied to networks like AT&T's. Federal agencies are in
the midst of inquiries but AT&T apparently does not have comprehensive
answers for them yet. I would expect various state agencies to also
have, uh, a few questions for AT&T about this. -L
