The disgrace of emergency agencies still using Twitter
A friend of mine -- who has never before used Twitter -- created an
account there because they wanted to follow a local emergency agency.
They were immediately bombarded with Musk's disgusting Twitter
garbage, and contacted me for help in immediately deleting their
account -- a procedure that is now essentially hidden and convoluted.
While it's obvious that various agencies continue to use Twitter
because no other platforms have similar reach, the situation is still
a horrific disgrace. -L
