Google's Search AI threatens to destroy over 60% of publishers' organic
traffic, and worse
There's simply no way that Google's Search Gen AI won't decimate the
Web, especially smaller sites who don't have the resources to play
"cat and mouse" with Google's AI. Google Search Generative Experience
and other firms' AI's could destroy the Web as we know it, all to make
some execs richer. It's criminal, or should be. And for all Google's
talk of avoiding this, it will all be just talk in the end, because
they haven't shown any real interest in taking serious advice that
could result in their losing a single potential penny. -L
