MSNBC president personally pushed to bring in election denier former
RNC chair

So it now comes out that MSNBC president Rashida Jones reportedly
personally pushed to have election denier and former RNC chair
McDaniel be on MSNBC (which learns liberal) instead of just NBC, and
McDaniel's contract amount was boosted higher as a result. Apparently
Jones personally pushed McDaniel to be on MSNBC as well, which
McDaniel initially didn't want to do, knowing MSNBC's orientation.

I hate to say this, since we know McDaniel worked to have the election
overturned and was right up front pushing for Trump to stay in office,
but damn by any measure from a business standpoint NBC/MSNBC execs
treated her and the journalists of both networks shabbily, and the
presidents of NBC/MSNBC (along with others who signed on to bringing
her in) should, in my opinion, resign for utter incompetence. -L
