[A "love letter" to Google AI] How Google lost ground in the AI race
What this "love letter to Google AI" fails to note, is how much awful
misinformation and disinformation these systems are spewing, nor
(unless I missed something) the emerging controversies over where these
systems are sucking up training data from without offering anything of
value in return. The truth is that this tech is basically garbage in
its current state. I get no joy out of categorizing it that way. But
that's the reality as I see it. -L
