Supreme Court decisions for Monday

On Monday the Supreme Court should be releasing its decision on the
Texas/Florida attempts to prevent social media firms from moderating
their content. Judging from the arguments at the time, I am hopefully
they'll rule against this. Not yet at the Supreme Court level, the
various states attempting to mandate that all users of social media be
identified via formal government credentials, etc. -- one of the most
privacy and security invasive concepts of all time that would make a
train wreck of the Internet.

Also Monday, the decision on presidential immunity. My guess is that
they will draw some sort of line between official and unofficial acts,
and likely push the case back down to a lower court. -L
