Correction re $1.25 voice recognition lamp (because details matter!)
I just went back and watched his video again. In fact, it's a
different device. His is on a short stiff bendable cable leading to a
USB-A plug, and is an oval ring type of light. It has no wake phrase,
and cost about five pounds.
Mine is a dome type light with a nice base, a fairly long thin cable
for the USB-A power, has the wake phrase (which I consider crucial!),
and yeah was only $1.25.
They definitely seem to be related though. -L
