Democrats are to blame
As a whole, the Democratic party's understanding of human nature is
and always has been virtually nil. Their comm skills are stuck in the
mid-20th century. They are so concerned about kowtowing to the far
Left that they leave the vast bulk of Americans in the middle -- the
ones who actually decide elections -- heading increasingly for the
door and ripe to suckle on the fire hoses of fascist disinformation.
They are so concerned about playing sweet and nice and fair that as
they stand there in the middle of the highway waving a flower the
fascists crush them to bits with an enormous steamroller of lies.
I put 99% of the results of this election squarely at the feet of
Democratic leadership and operatives. The fascist right would be fools
not to take full advantage of Democrats' foolishness. And I say that
as someone who has been a Democrat since I was old enough to first vote.
