Trump's enemies list
Biden should treat everyone on Trump's and Trump cronies' public
"enemies lists" as preemptive pardon lists. Apparently something like
this is being discussed at the White House. Remember, Ford
preemptively pardoned Nixon before he had been charged or convicted of
any crimes, so this is not a novel approach. -L
