Robotaxi riders are being harrassed by men blocking or chasing their cars
This was completely predicted. And no matter what Waymo, et al. say,
there is no obvious solution, because it is trivial for these vehicles
to be rendered immobile by parties outside, and there is no driver who
can exit the car to take remedial action. Riders in this kind of
situation can be completely trapped and at the mercy of outside
