of more water would have prevented the L.A. Fires, orders release that
is totally wasted.
He ordered water released now that will serve no purpose at all and be totally
wasted, and has nothing to do with Southern California. Farmers in the central
valley will be hurt by this action, because they need that water during the
summer.
