Trump signs executive order establishing crytocurrency reserve, but
for now apparently only using coins currently held by the government
As I understand it, this "reserve" is composed of cryptocurrency
seized by the government, and while it establishes a study regarding
future purchases that "do not cost taxpayers", it does not immediately
mandate that these take place. So this could be a lot worse.
