California PUC announces meetings: AT&T and its cronies are trying
again to end landline service in California

They're all at it again. Same old garbage arguments. And of course,
the notices from AT&T are described in ways that almost nobody would
know this is about landlines (they frame it all as "Carrier of Last
Resort"). SO HERE WE GO AGAIN. Hearings are in April and May.
