Millions without power in Spain, Portugal, part of France, etc.
Grid oscillation currently being blamed. Weather is excellent, but
battery backed up comm systems will only last so long if they don't
have generator backups. Grid operators say it's possible the power
outage could last several days, but hopefully not. Bringing back a
grid of this size is a major undertaking. Emphasizing again that this
is seen as a technical fault, not any kind of attack.
