Hi Hackers,

I have performed the basic sanity on the following platforms

   1. ubuntu-24.04
   2. windows 11

During the verification, I did not find any issue. I performed the attached
selective test cases on both the platforms.

- fresh Install (pgadmin, desktop, web)
- upgrade from pgadmin4 9.3
- create/drop server pg 17
- create and drop database objects from tree view
- version verification
- reset layout
- reset Preferences
- links navigation
- uninstall

windows 11
- digital signature check
- fresh Install 
- upgrade from pgadmin4 9.3
- create drop server  pg 17
- create and drop database objects from tree view
- version verification
