Hi Hackers,

I have performed basic sanity on the following platforms
1. Ubuntu 24.04
2. windows 11

I did not find any major issue. The list of performed test cases are
attached here.

Ubuntu 24.04
- fresh Install (pgadmin, desktop, web)
- upgrade from pgadmin4 9.4
- create/drop server pg 17
- create and drop database objects from tree view
- version verification
- reset layout
- reset Preferences (Minor and intermittent issue: When I click on the Reset 
and Save, an other dialogue appears and it automatically refreshes. Need to 
investigate more)
- links navigation
- uninstall

windows 11
- digital signature check
- fresh Install 
- upgrade from pgadmin4 9.4
- create drop server  pg 17
- create and drop database objects from tree view
- version verification
- reset layout
- reset Preferences
- links navigation
