Views and OIDs

Hi Dave,

Views are based on OIDs and there is not simple way to implement view 
modification in pgAdmin II.
I will post today a mail on pg-hackers to ask if someone could implement 
CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW directly in PostgreSQL.
