New hhc and hhp files for 7.4 documentation done. I used "PostgreSQL 7.4beta1 Documentation". Index is expanded to third level. I do not think that going any deeper would have any sense, because fourth level always points to the same html page.
Man this was a nightmare (like making a persian carpet), there must be a better way to do it ! Regards !
