I believed me too. I raised that issue to Andreas when pgAdmin3 was on beta stage. And he did told me about the unicode thing. I was not aware that it can be compiled without unicode support, until i read this e-mail. Here in the Philippines, as the MS licensing issue bar us from upgrading new MS OS, Windows 9X is still popular. So I guessed Windows 9X for PgAdmin3 should be in the pgadmin-hackers consideration.
