None of them are used for the online docs, only the local copies. The hhp file is the 
project file which lists the files and basic options for the HTML help, the hhc file 
is the contents file that is used to define the treeview and the hhk file is the word 
index (which is manually created - ie. enter a keyword, select the files to link to 
it).
