What are these xrcDialogs.cpp' changes ? How did you get those ? Can you
give us more insight on this ?
Non-debug builds of pgAdmin don't use the XRC files, they use the
xrcdialogs.cpp instead. To update it after changing an xrc file, just
run embed-xrc or embed-xrc.bat in the ui subdirectory.
