The README file in pgAgent repository contains this link:
http://svn.pgadmin.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/trunk/pgadmin3/INSTALL
which doesn't work. I believe the corresponding link in the git
repository would be:
http://git.postgresql.org/gitweb/?p=pgadmin3.git;a=blob_plain;f=INSTALL;hb=HEAD
