I looked at wxWidgets source code. wxWidgets 2.8 doesn't allow the translation of this string (lines 44 and 45 of src/common/filepickercmn.cpp). wxWidgets 2.9 has a fix. You can always ask them (their mailings list are listed here: http://www.wxwidgets.org/support/maillst2.htm), but there's good chance they won't fix it as 2.9 already has the fix, and they don't have enough time/contributors to work on both. Problem is we don't use wxWidgets 2.9.
