Hi Sinedu, We have already tested PostgreSQL-9.6 with latest pgAdmin4 on MAC OS X and this issue is not reproducible.
Please install latest version of 9.6 that include pgAdmin4 and download and install latest version of PostgreSQL-9.5 and pgAdmin3 is part of 9.5 installer.
