Using pgadmin 4 3.0 on Windows 10 in Spanish (sp_MX), open in Chrome. I just tried to create a new Server and I used a wrong password. I got an error screen with the old:
'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xf3 in position 24: invalid continuation byte Is this a known issue? Should I report it?
