Same issue. Windows 10 Pro. FireFox 60.0.1 (64-bit), 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit), Microsoft Edge 41.16299.402.0.
All browsers exhibit same error. I agree with earlier post this is more the rule than the exception. Makes the tool almost unusable on this platform. Version 2.1 did not have this issue on this platform. There is no output in the dev console when dialog is displayed (checked FF and Edge).
