The log is complaining about not being able to contact the server on
port 63334 (I am using a ssh tunnel not defined in pgadmin4).

The last part of the log:
---------------------------------------------------------
2018-09-06 11:05:26,060: ERROR pgadmin: Could not connected to
server(#2) - 'kbase'.
Error: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host "localhost" (::1) and accepting
        TCP/IP connections on port 63334?
could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting
        TCP/IP connections on port 63334?
-----------------------------------------------------
but on the commandline I can do:
------------------------------------------------------
js@sitasie ~ 11:05:01> psql -h localhost -p 63334 wos
SET

Welcome, my magistrate

psql (10.5 (Debian 10.5-1.pgdg100+1), server 10.4 (Debian 10.4-2.pgdg90+1))

Type "help" for help.
