User profile location redirect

All,
     I am curious if there is a way to redirect user data from being stored in 
'AppData' to being stored in a different file share (i.e 
D:\Home\"username"\pgAdmin\

I'm using Windows Server 2019 for pgAdmin 4.

I'm looking to do this to resolve users losing data when servers are rebuilt 
during AWS AMI's updates.
