pgAdmin desktop scrollbar clickable

Hi,

I'm testing pgAdmin 4 v5.0 desktop on my Windows 10, great job !

But in the query editor, I can't select/drag the scrollbar with my mouse?
(cursor stay in caret)
whereas It's ok in the browser panel... (cursor pointer)
