Dave, Thanks so much for the reply. We got it working following suggestions here: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1414609/run-pgadmin-4-on-ubuntu-22-04 Although I suspect the root of the issue in our case was with apt, not with a pgAdmin/Ubuntu-22.04 incompatibility.
